Looking at an application where someone has 10 jobs posted for a year 2 weeks to 2 months. ![]() Let them know you want to build up a good job history so after you graduate / go to college and whatnot you have something good on your resume, any job you do get try to stay with them at least a year, When you call up, ask who is in charge of hiring and ask to be connected to them, or even show up in person. Let them know you really are interested in the job, some places will just file away applications and just pull out the recent ones when an opening happens(someone quit / was fired)
